clicking symptom in power in chassis th29pnl

problem is the device is not turn on and no stby signal from micro cpu on pin 1 higth signal to make the transistor on nbn connected with base of switch transistor
of b772 and connect 13 v to regulator 8 volt
and the device is clicking noise
and the main capcitor 16v 470 feed the regulator 5volt and 8 volt after stby switch is bad and i find the coil is not connect fine 3.3v
i change the eeprom and tv work fine
