problem is the  device   is not  turn on and  no  stby   signal    from micro cpu   on pin 1  higth signal    to    make   the  transistor    on    nbn  connected  with base    of switch  transistor 
  of   b772  and   connect   13 v to    regulator  8 volt 
 and  the  device  is   clicking noise
 and   the  main  capcitor  16v 470   feed   the  regulator  5volt  and  8 volt   after  stby  switch   is  bad and  i  find   the   coil  is   not  connect  fine  3.3v


 i  change  the eeprom  and  tv  work   fine

 the   small  capaitor  of   pwm  switching    ic  is 0 volt and   no  short  even on any  fuse cut so the reason  is increased  in  r vcc coming  from 220 volt to  feed   the  pwm ic switching  mode

the   solution is  to  take   firmware   and    reflash    the   flash    what  happen   with   must    people is they  are  make  upgrade   to  the   small  size   ali  3329 c with the  big  microprocessor  and   the  parallel  flah   with serial   flash   so  the  sr- 6300cu   is   become   on   after  that   and all web site   no  one upload the   right   firmware
