solution and reason of target not connect or target is error status!

 another   reason   for this problem is    microprocessor error or  bad dump   bugs in  firmware  cause  the   micro procc   can  not Handel  the   tx  rx   bad   trap and interrupted happen  cause of  no communication   between   flash and  micro proc  and stop all  operation  so the   solution  is   reflash outside   the  flash   memory  with new  firmware

when i   need   to  reflash   it  by    rs 232 

this   message  come  and  i    make   test   on voltmeter  2-3  3-2 5-5 all connected and try  another   usb  to rs232 the same   message   so    i  reflash  by  rt 209

  between   original   and   from the  web and   find    it  hust  the first    line   is defreent    it   talk  about  the    version load  

so i  reprogram the  flash  25w32

and  the    recever  is ok
