مشاكل الايست ويست في التلفزيون العالدي

كل مشاكل الايست وست وست سببها اما ان يكون اشاره المعالج لا تصل او ضعيفه في حال كانتر نزستور الايست و يست تلف و احترق و ووصل الحرق لي البيس او الجيت و صارات شورت مع الاارضي يعني اخرج اشاره الايست وست تصحيح شكل اتساع الهوريزنتال بالنسبه لفريم الفيرتكال او ان يكون الترنزستور تلف بدون احداث ضرار او ان يكون المكثف به مشكله و احياننا بعد تبيديل القطع المحترقه تكون الصوره غير صحيحه لا ان المعالج يعغمل غلي inital value و لزالك يجب الدخول الي السيرفيس مينو و تعديل حسب رقم المعالج للتلفزيون و كثير من المهندسين يبدلون القطع و لا يعرفون الدخول الي السيرفيس فيكون الاست ويست غير صحيح و في حاله ان يكون ا المعالج لا يخرج اشاره الاست و ست نعمل علي تعديل اشاره اتساع ايست و ست بوضع مقاومات علي ترنزستور الايست وسيت بي الكيلو من 4.7 الي 10 الي 15 و مقاو مه متغيره مع الاارضي وو ضع مكثف ان اطرينا فيد باك من 103 الي 104 فيد باك سالب اوموجب

ان اهم شي في الااس تي ار هو ان يكون نفس القيمه الو ات او اعلي بقليل فبعض انو ع التصميم يكون تبديل الاس تي ار بي نو ع اعلي في الوت يجعل الا يسي في و ضع (over load ) و عندما يكون اقل فلا يقلع الجهاز يعطي بور ضعيف غير كافي للتشغيل و بور غير مستقر متزبزب و كنتيجه لزالك ير جع الي و ضعيه الااستناد باي و اهم شي في الااس تي ار هو جهد التشغيل vcc starter جهد الفي سي سي له يتم عن طريق تو صيل مقاو مه من 100 كيلو الي 300كيلو يتم تو صيلها مع زينر دايود يتمد قيمته علي جهد التشغيل لي الاس تي ار فمثلا في اس تي ار جي في سي يكون جهد الزينر م 32 فولت بينما في تلفزيون نيو ماجيك يكون الزينر 18 فولت ويمكن و ضع 2 زينر دايود 9 +9 علي التو الي للحصول علي جهد 18 فولت و بعض انو ع الاس تي ار لا يو جد بها زينر لا ان الزينر يكون داخلي و البعض الااخر يحتاج زينر في حال كان الزينر الخارجي تالف محروق فعند و ضع اس تي ار سو ف تحترق لاان الجهد سيكون عالي 90 فولت ا

تبديل لين تلفزيون بطريقه احترافيه سهله بدون عمل خطيوط كثيره

اصلااح عطل الفيرتكال المتكرار بسب ارتفاح حراره الاايسي

 ان   ارتفاع  درجه  الحراره  يرجع    لعده  اسباب    زيااده  الامبير المسحوب      لاان  ايسي  الفيرتكال  78141 تاخد 1.8 امبير بينما  78040 تاخد  1.5 امبير   و تاثي شي    الاايسيهات  الصينه  ليست  ملزمه  تمام بالمعايير   لزالك نجد  انها   تاخد امبير اكثر لزالك الحل  ان  يكون   هناك تخفيف  لجهد  الدخل  لي الايسي     اذا كان  الفير تكال  خطين    زايد و ناقص  او  ان  ان  يتم 

 و ضع  مقاو مه   كبفر   علي الدفلكشن  نفسه  و هنا   نخفف  من  التيار المسحوب في  الدفلكشن   1

2 نضع  مقاو مه   علي خط  الدخل   قبل   الدايو  او بعده    لخط الفي سي سي او   ناقص في سي سي   لاان  احد  الخطوط   قد يكون  به  زياده   في  الجهد  و ينتج عنها  زياده  الحراره  و احيننا كثيره    تتلف  الاايسي   بسبب هاد الااختلااف  وكثير ما يكون المكثفات   سبب في هاد  الحاله  وخاصه  في  تلفزيونات  ديايو يكون  السبب  ان   احد  المكثفات    ضعيف   مما ينتج فروق  في  الجهد بين   السالب   و الاارضي  و المو جب و الاارضي

لتخفيف  الجهد يتم و ضع  مقااو مه   حراريه  

 و ان  كانت  الحراره  مرتفعه    يتم  و ضع  مرو حه   12 فولت   و تم    اخد  جهد  من  13 و تمريره  عبر 2 دايود  لينخفض الي 11.5  و بعدها لن  تعطل  هادي الاايسي ابدا  

و ضع  مقاو مه  حراريه   4 اوم  لتخفيف   الاامبير الي   0.25 اكس  القيمه  الكليه
