schematic of ic csc 8950
the schematic of this ic csc8950 is the same ob3350
and alwayes the small smd capacitor burned and cut vcc on pin number 1 so the inverter will not work and trace line from manufactur is small is 1 mm so you must connected direct from capacitor i will upload video about that repair
