prime lc32u25 no panel vcc

the dc/dc converter is not work
output is 5v i  must be    12v  for panel  vcc  suplead  to fet  transistor switch 9933b

both  source 1 and 2 is to gather   and  g 1 2 to gather   drain 1 2 to gather  

so g1 2 must  be  negative  volt   

so  mine volt  is -0.8 and  vo  volt is -2.5 and -4.5

THERE  IS NO SIGNAL ON  THE BASE OF  DRIVE TR  TO  CLOSE  SOURCE TO DRAIN 

  i need   firmware  to  the   chip   mtv   i didnt   understand   is the  ship is bad   or  how i can reset  the  lcd   is that  possibole   with  make short  with   scl  and  gnd
