vgh odd vgh even operation mode
vgh evev vgh odd in lg and in all tecom time control board work in normal mode with flliping betwwn high vgh 27 and negative vgl -5 volt flliping and toggel every second and that writting in tecon

the eeprom of the tecon i take with all size with 1.8 volt vcc for eeprom 24cxx
there is important information the scaller ic for 43 id diffrent than 42 also the gama ic bullit in with dc to dc ic but in 43 the last 3 pin is active volt gama 13 14 15 volt but in 42 it is flot not connected so if you connected 43 maby will connected and make damage to panel

if you connected 12 volt to tecon direct and didnt connected lvds cable from main and seperate flex cable to the panel you can see if the vgh odd and even flip every second then the eeprom work fine if you wont stop this flip betwwen vgh and vgl just remove eeprom
so both working as flip flop in case of there is problem in picture then you seperate lift or right side and it is fine picture and there is short in vgh odd or even you can handel it by seprate vgh odd an vgh even from tecon and connected with vgl both with wier and see it vgl reduce and connected vgh and see if it reduce you make step pulse connect or connected with 4.7 to 10 ohm risistance after that you know which line is shorted with vgh or vgl the connected with revers volt it it shorted with vgl then connected to vgh if it shorted with vgh then conected with vgh and connect the other in revers votl and cut the good side and connected pararell with it

the vertial line and horizonal line in lvds odd and clk + clk -odd
and the vertcal horizontal line in lvds even and clk + clk - even is important signal ohm between each line is 100 ohm internal resistance the scaller ic which pin is
impo signal for horizntal and vertical on lvds cabel
pin 14 15 on tp vst59-pb318 jake wich is rxoc - rxoc + mean clk signal odd and 15-16 on lvds cabel and 17 18 on lvds cabel is horizontal and vertical signal connected to rxo3+ rxo3 - on microchip
the same think pin 27-28 on lvds is the rxec + rxec- and 29 30 connected to vertical and gorizontal signal on rxe3+ and rxec-
