panasonk tv contrast and vertical problem

this problem appear  in   cpu   no vertical oscillation  and  contrast is not found the probem id no5 volt on regulator cause of bad shunt  resistor   30 ohm  increase to 80  cause  of heat  you  must change by r 3.3 to 5 ohm it will  not effect and efficiency increase

 pwm  power  dependent  on pulse  width   modulation this done  by  2 transistor  and   component in the  circuit  rc   circuit  and photo  coupler depend  on the  output  power   on 110 divided  on 2 resistance  r1 r2  and connected  to  kia123 ic which   has rule  v out   2.5v = vin  r1/r1+r2

 so  vout  110  is  the  make the  control  on  the pwm  by  increase    v  biasing   on the   transistor    or  decrease  the  volt  on base   of  drive transistor  which  connected  by  collector to main   transistor  by resistance
